I've been using a cup for about six or seven years now and it's been wonderful! Pads and tampons always caused me irritation, smelled, and were just terrible. This cup saves me money, is convenient and works well for me even though I bleed very heavily. I just empty my cup about as often as I had to change a pad or tampon, so it's no real bother to me. I've had to order another one so soon because I lost my last one on a trip (sad!), but I'll be using these for as long as I'm able. Every gal should give this a shot!

Worth the investment - pays itself off within the first couple months not having to buy pads or tampons. Watch the videos on their website for instructions and tips!

Does Diva Cup change image/ logo? This one looks very different from a Diva Cup I purchased in stores before. So far so good

I had recommendations to try this out. It's amazing, every woman should have one! I work hours on end without many opportunities to constantly change a tampon. This solved my problem. And I don't have to buy tampons anymore---incredible!!!!!

Best investment. I love it. It’s clean and easy to use and it doesn’t require much attention

Takes a cycle or so to get used to, but then u'll never go back to tampons. My pH feels so much better. Scary at first worrying about taking care of it in a public restroom or at work, but not that bad at all.

This thing is life. I kid you not, my life has been changed after this. If I could give every woman in the world 2 things it would be- 1. Life without sexism and 2. The Diva Cup. Does everyone know about this??? If not they should. I can go 12 HOURS without having to do anything on my HEAVIEST DAYS. It lets me live life without having to plan it around when I can change my tampon next. Some people are skeeved out by it, but why? I understand if you are grossed out by blood in general. But if you're grossed out by it being specifically *menstrual* blood, come ON. It's the same type of blood that comes out when you cut your finger. Stop being grossed out by your own anatomy. It's just as sanitary as tampons, if not more sanitary because you're not changing it as often and not subjecting your vagina to more bacteria by having to put your hands all up in it. Also, you're creating a lot less waste and helping protect the already struggling environment. Also, you don't need to buy expensive tampons anymore because this baby lasts for a year. And lastly, you don't have to put unhealthy tampons made with BLEACH (yes that's an actual ingredient in normal tampons) up your vagina multiple times a day. TSS is almost impossible to get with the Diva Cup, while it's a dangerous and present threat when using tampons. So GROW UP LADIES, ITS TIME TO BE CONSCIOUS, LESS WASTEFUL, AND PROUD OF OUR VAGINAS, PERIODS, AND ANATOMY. God bless the Diva Cup.

Ladies: make this purchase. Seriously. If you're wondering, "Is this thing really all it's cracked up to be?"...IT IS. My cramps are significantly milder (from sharp, nauseating, and nearly debilitating to almost nonexistent). My wallet is happier (who wants to spend $5-15 on tampons every month?). My sleep is better (I don't wake up every time I move because I'm afraid of leaking). I'm more comfortable in general (not wearing a diaper and not worrying about changing a tampon every 6 hours to avoid TSS). Even on days 1 and 2, I almost forget that I'm on my period. Is there an ick factor? Sure. But when you bleed for a week every month, there's going to be an ick factor no matter how you deal with it. It was a little uncomfortable inserting and removing the first few times, but you quickly become familiar with what "techniques" work for you and how your body is structured - and then it's a breeze! I cannot say enough positive things about this product. If you're hesitating at all, go ahead and take the leap! It's beyond worth it!!

I love it! Best decision I ever made was purchasing this item!! Easy to insert and remove although I had a little bit of difficulty the first time lol. I did not realize you have push out as if you are urinating to be able to reach top to remove.

Do it! It took about 2-3 days for me to get it.. So I recommend using a liner while you're practicing. No leaks after that and it lasts the entire work day. Why didn't I know about this sooner?
