I waited a while to receive the disposable towels, and when they finally did arrive, they went to the wrong house. I know this is not the fault of Tanga or Douxy, and we were able to track them down, but my issue was when I opened the package. There were 5 boxes of 30 disposable towels each (150 total). So far, so good, but they had an expiration date. That date is April 11, 2024. I received them Saturday night, February 3. Since you can reuse them for up to 2 days, that means I have 300 days of use. How can I possibly use them up before April 11 (a mere 68 days away.} I texted the company immediately (February 3), and have not used any of the towels and do not intend to use any until I get a response. As of today, February 6, They have not yet contacted me. What is my next step? And why do they expire so soon? Maria S.
