So I love this pot, making a roast, soup or desserts is super easy. The best part is the crazy easy clean up! It cleans really well I treated mine "conditioned" it with a paper towel and olive oil and let it sit over night before I used it. I'll probably do it every few months. Keeps it clean and non stick.

I LOVE this stockpot!!! It’s heavy duty, but easy to handle. The silicone handle grips are amazing—I don’t even need potholders to pick it up off the stove because the handles stay cool. The lid has a steam vent. I have not put mine in the dishwasher—it’s easy to hand wash.

I was so excited to get this pot as I have a hard time finding large pots that last. One of my favorite large pots is on its last days so I really needed a replacement. This one works great for our family or 7 kids and 2 adults. We have used this a couple of times this week and we have no complaints. The first time we used it to brown 5 pounds of hamburger meat for tacos… it held it all and did a fantastic job with browning. The clean up was pretty easy as well. The second time we used it to make a triple batch of milk gravy for breakfast and again there were no complaints. The nonstick surface is very easy to clean. I was surprised (in a good way) at the weight of the pot. It is much heavier than I had thought it would be. I detest the flimsy pots and pans because they truly don’t last long in this house. The handles are covered to help prevent burns but they still get a bit warm to the touch so be careful! The lid is probably my least favorite part but it does an adequate job… I might’ve have preferred it to have a ‘looped’ handle. The handle on the lid does get extremely hot so definitely keep a pot holder handy. Overall this pot is fantastic and I can see it becoming one of my favorite pots.
