One of the two units came in defective. After charging both units under the sun, one unit works perfectly after charging for a full day under the sun. The defective unit barely lights up. There may be something wrong with the wiring or battery storage on the defective unit.

Didn't work well for long.

First week or so they worked great. Now they don't stay on long. They are in direct sunlight. I wouldn't waste my money on them.

Not enough power

These solar lights only produce about 2 hours of light. I live in south Texas where there’s more than enough sunlight to power up these things and these lights don’t last much on.

Not what I expected

Works out of the box but once installed around the house they only light up about and hr or so once they come on. This may be due to being winter and they don't have enough stored battery life. Its on the low setting and still not lasting throughout the night. One other downside is they will only stay on low or high. There is no sensor for automatically going brighter when someone approaches or going off until it needs to light up. Maybe this will increase the life of battery to power up all night? I should have went with the "Mainstays" ones because I know they work as I described above from a family member who has some.
