I purchased this shredder for my elderly mother. Old-fashioned in her ways, she wanted to be able to shred her documents safely and efficiently. Since her stroke, she has had some difficulty organizing and following steps. This shredder, our very first shredder purchase, is so easy to use. I really like the ease of which this product can be used. It is easy to set up. The handle makes it easy to move and the collection bin is easy to empty. The size is perfect for a home office. And the shredder can handle large amounts of paper at a time. The safety features allow the user to lock the unit when not in use so it can not be started by mistake. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who is in the market for a new shredder.
