THESE LIGHTS WORK WONDERFULLY! THERE IS PLENTY OF SOFT LIGHT, WITHOUT JOLTING YOU AWAKE. I SHARED WITH MY NEIGHBOR AND SHE ALSO THOUGHT THESE WERE TOP NOTCH!! KUDOS!

These nightlights require very little electricity, but produce pretty much the perfect amount of soft white light. They’re not overly bright (then again, neither is my dog), but they throw light which is more than adequate to see where you are walking in a darkened room or hall. These lights are very cheaply constructed, but function well nonetheless. Their circuitry is uncomplicated and I expect they’ll last for a long time, even if they’re lighted most of every day. I recommend them.

I really like the lights, it is such a soft light

I had plug-in night lights but decided to look around for different ones because my old ones were 1) so dim they only thing they illuminated was the plug into which they were affixed and 2) they impeded access to the other outlet enough that only the smallest (i.e. non-polarized) plugs would fit adjacent.These lights solved both of my problems at a GREAT price. The body of the plug is offset away from the outlet so the other outlet is completely free for oversized plugs AND the light illuminates the surrounding area so it can be safely navigated in the dark. I wake up frequently in the middle of the night, have long since disposed of my illuminated alarm clock and until now, I didn't know what time it was if I woke in the night. I always had to reach for one of my devices. Now, I can just glance at the clock and roll back over and go to sleep if it's too early. It's photo-sensitive so it only uses power at night. These little gems are keepers.
