The media could not be loaded. Comfortable chair, but with so many defects, like rust, breaking, scratches

Box undamaged, but on opening found paintwork poor, bubbling in places and scrapes which had been attempted to be covered.

The media could not be loaded. When setting it up we found the cushion to be far to small I'm disabled and saved a long time to get this item for comfort. Can you please help in arranging for one that fits its small length and white the pocket on bottom is to small to slide over the bar looking forward to hearing bk from you.p jones

Cushion is no thicker than an inch. Frame is cheap painted steel not galvanised like the photo probably dose state this in the product information but as most people do I bought a pair thinking that they would at least come close to the advertising photo!!

You can’t get comfortable, they don’t go back enough so you can’t get into a good position to relax, not really a good purchase for us.

Somewhat disappointed that less than one month and limited use the material & eyelet have separated. Not what I expected for the price. Poor plastics too. Can you collect this one & send a replacement please

This was bought for comfort, but the cushion cover is far from comfortable. And it looks nothing like the Photo on the Amazon web site.On the Amazon web site it looks plump lush and very thick.but in reality its very thin and dull not comfortable at all its shocking when you see the Amazon picture to what you actually get. to say i was disappointed i was.if i new how to upload a photo i would.

Bought these to relax in the garden. I must say its a very awkward chair to get into as its not straight up to start with. You have to straddle the foot rest and slowly try lower yourself in. Getting out is just as bad and reclining is hard work, i push on the bracing under the arm rest and hope i dont trap my fingers. When you do manage to get in the right position they are very comfortable but we are not expecting them to last long before something gives way. In my opinion they are too much money

OK, Not one for leaving poor reviews generally. Bad stuff 1st: Box was really bashed up, no packaging within the box, no actual instructions sheet, no plastic coverings even on the chairs. One of the head cover things was bent out of shape (fixed it myself) , and numerous scratches on the left side of 1 chair. One chair did not fully go back until I removed a squashed up load of masking tape type thing from within the arm area, which led me to be certain these had been returned previously or a shop window set. Driver actually left them on our side step, did not knock as I was sat working in the room where I can see the side door so luckily I went to get them before any old passer-by did. Good stuff: Comfy, quite solid for the price, company emailed me back but wanted photo's, already binned the box, and fixed them myself so it felt pretty clear they were not overly concerned so decided I could not be bothered, just won't use them again, simple as that really.

Comfy and looks good but after a few uses the bar inder neath the chair fell off. Wouldn't recommend it .
