Can’t lock it in position, doesn’t hold (cheap plastic locking things).

Poor build quality too many sharp edges. I personally have ripped 2 pairs of jeans just getting up from the seat. Screws facing inwards causing the damage. I have had to resolve the problem myself.

Seat cover not as padded as image shows but still happy with it

The picture implies the biggest, softest cushion you could ever hope to own. The truth is on day 2 you can feel all the straps holding you up on the chair. The chair itself seems really solid, so I'll buy a new cushion and get on with it. But be aware, based on what I've seen the cushion as pictured is not what arrives.

The chairs arrived on time, one of the boxes was damaged, I found the frame quite sturdy although marked in a couple of places, the cushion in the description looks thick and comfortable, but is thin and has poor quality covering. I went for an upper priced product with the selection available. But found it to be inferior and not fit for purpose, the ties for securing the cushion are short and unable to use a bow to secure them. Hence this product is being returned.

A well made study chair but the supplied cushion is very thin, of poor quality and not comfortable to sit on. The frame appears to be painted mild steel, not stainless steel. If it were stainless, there would be no need to paint it. The description says 'with cushion case', I read this to be a bag to store the cushion when the chair is not in use. There was no 'cushion case' with our example. The cup/phone holder was a useful addition. Not good value at £99.99

Gravity free leave no option. Full down or full up. Bit disappointed!
