A:(1) The SATA HDD-SSD need to be pulled and plugged once more, as the circuit working condition is unsteady,
(2) Use the cloth to clean the dirt on the contact plate of golden finger on the SATA HDD/SSD.

Q:Why the SD card can be identified but cannot be read-in data?
A:The writing and reading switch of SD card are locked, please unlock it.

Q:Why the writing and reading speed is very slow when the U dis is inserted into the USB 3.0 port?
A:The U disk device must be USB3.0.

Q:Why it’s hard to take it out after you insert the SATA HDD/SDD into this product?
A:It is designed to avoid user easily pulling it out or making the hot-swappable. You can unclench the hard plastic part lightly to take it out.
