We screwed up the first dinosaur mold because we didn't work fast enough, the soap started to harden as we were pouring it in the mold so we didn't get enough soap into it. After the failed first attempt we prepared all the colours, glitter, and scents first so that we could move quickly after the soap was melted. All the other dinosaur soaps came out great and they smell good too.

This is a fun project to do with kids.

My kids and I made this tonight and they loved it. Unfortunately the stegasaurus mold didn't come with the other half so that one was useless but other than that, the kids had fun. Easy to use. Just make sure an adult helps. That melted soap base gets super hot! The scents it came with smelled good and my kids loved the dinosaur molds.

Would give 5 stars but it was missing one of the pieces to make the third Dinosaur 🦕. But my LO loved making the other two.

These were a lot of fun they could clipped together a little easier though

I did this with my 5 & 7 yr old grandchildren during a ‘dinosaur theme’ week at home. They had lots of fun with this activity. A couple of the molds were difficult to snap together, but we made it work. It was simple enough that the kids were able to do the melting, mixing, and pouring with very little adult help. They liked being able to choose the shapes, colors, and scents.

My 6 year old has really enjoyed this. It’s easy for him to do himself, the scents are pleasant and not overpowering, the molds work well and are detailed enough that the soap actually looks like dinosaurs when you’re done. The only negative was that I received two containers of green dye instead of a blue and he’s disappointed he can’t make blue soap.

Cool

It was sooo much fun! Only issue was that the t-Rex mould is unusable because the two pieces were from the same side.
