It looks and feels study. So far I like it.

I was pleasantly surprised upon receiving this bsckpack- there are so many pockets! There is more than enough room for anything you'd need. It has a pencil organizer pocket inside the front zipper pocket, and drink holders on both sides.

This backpack worked great for me on my recent flight. I usually bring a backpack as a carry-on and check a bag but I had such a short trip I wanted to save money by not checking a bag. Instead, I used this "extra large capacity" backpack and a roller carry-on, which worked perfectly. The backpack has good cushioning not only in the straps and against the back, but also across the bottom so things are better protected when you set the bag down. There is a padded laptop compartment but also a smaller padded tablet compartment - both have elastic straps to help keep the electronics down in place. Lots of pockets and organizational spots to keep things better organized and easier to find, as well as a cloth-lined zippered pocket for your phone or sunglasses. There is a drink holder on either side and the fit is nice and secure to hold the bottles in place. The backpack is very lightweight but the material feels of good quality - I didn't see anywhere that the bag is water repellent, but the material appears to be, in my opinion.

This backpack is great. It has lots of pockets for everything you could think of. I love the jartop opening. It makes it so much easier to get large notebooks and binders in and out. I love the pale purple color, but I do wonder how dirty it will get over time. My son has this same backpack in black and has been using it for the past 2 years in high school. Constant daily use (and abuse) and it has held up great. Hopefully this one will be the same!
