Not corduroy! This is a 100% plastic skirt. Corduroy is cotton. Also not textured like true corduroy. And drop waist very unflattering on almost everyone. Poor design and purposefully misleading description. Do Better!

Well, I pre-ordered this skirt on October 25 and it was supposed to be delivered by the sixth. Apparently, there was no point, not only have I not received the skirt, but after speaking to Targets, ever so helpful, customer service, it's sold out......he said, "unfortunately that can happen with pre-orders sometimes". Ummmmm, why? It's a choice to take money from your customers when you don't have the stock. This is so annoying. Anymore, nothing is ever in stock, in store, and you're forced to shop online, because they have way more things and way cuter, but you can't even do a pre-order and get your item. He did say that he would give me a refund, which I told him I thought was the least they could do.......considering, they've had my money for three weeks, knowing full well they did not have a skirt to send me.
