Small and functional

I love this humidifier it a a small bit good size for a room. I don’t have to struggle with filling water in a big one, which was hard for me. It’s quiet but humidifies the room perfectly

Excelente compra

Mi mamá tose mucho y tiene congestión nasal constante por unos problemas respiratorios que tuvo hace unos años. Con este aparatito la ha ayudado a respirar mejor y duerme toda la noche sin congestión

Easy to use. Seems to do a good job.

I've been using it for about five days now and my eyes are much less itchy than before. I put it on full the first day to get the humidity level up, and it effectively lasted about 5 hours. I'm now using it at half power and it goes from about 9.30am to 11.30pm. The cool mist does make the room feel a little colder though, even if the thermostat on my wall stays the same.

Great for moisture sensitive plants!

Every year my rubber tree and star jasmine plant suffer greatly once they are indoors for the winter. I’ve tried moving them to different spots throughout my house, but the same thing happens each year—the leaves slowly dry up and drop. Every spring I put them outside looking nearly dead and weeks later they bounce back and flourish until the next fall return to the indoors. I thought it was insufficient lighting and got special light bulbs, thought they were too close to heat sources and moved them away, watered them more, watered them less nothing seemed to really help. A friend pointed out to me recently that plant leaves tend to be most sensitive to the inevitable dry air that accompanies regular heating during the cold months and suggested setting my plants on top of a dish filled with pebbles and water—allowing the plant and its leaves to benefit from the evaporating water. While that sounded like a good idea, I realized that like the leaves drying out, so has my skin ... clearly my plants and I could use some extra moisture in the air. This humidifier was the perfect solution. Easy to use, super quiet and the nightlight is beautiful! I already feel a difference in my skin, my sleep comfort and ... I think my plants are happier too!

Gets right to work. Think I figured it out.

The thing starts steaming right when you turn it on. Very surprised. I have personally never used a humidifier before. However, I figured it would be a decent way to help me breathe better. I've also been suffering from allergies and my eyes get dry at times. Given that this is such a complex machine, but using it is so straightforward, I think it'll work out nicely. You'll have to read the directions to understand the colder the water is, the better. There are mixed reviews where people have put cold tap water in the reservoir and it gets gross. I think it all depends on where you live, but I put filtered water in mine. I'm sure distilled water works just as well, but tap water may not be your first choice. So far I've been testing it out on the highest setting. My bedroom is a little colder, but it has to keep running for now. I might update this later. The mystery sponge I found which everyone mentioned is actually melamine (aka mr. clean magic eraser sponge). Unfortunately, I did notice that the machine was a little scoffed in places and got those out with the sponge. I'm not sure what other purpose that sponge holds for the machine itself, but melamine sponges are regarded for their effective stain removal. If you have extras, you could probably clean the inside reservoir with them.
