I love this fryer, was looking for something not too bulky, that didn’t take up much counter space! We love to make appetizers a few times a month and this worked perfectly. The food came out way better than when we eat out, the fryer is good looking, build quality is great, very easy to use, easy to clean, heats up quickly and works great! I would highly recommend!

This Hamilton Beach Deep Fryer is perfect for my family, it heats up fast as you can choose the temperature to suit the product you're frying, you can set the heating control between 250* - 375*. It makes the food crispy and crunchy, with a drip screen basket to help excess oil drain off. It's deep and has a lid to help with splatter of hot oil. It has a magnet latch plug with a shorter cord to prevent against getting tangled or in your way. It's easy to drain off old oil. Super easy to clean using soapy water. It fits on our counter top and looks great!

I had the chance to try out the Hamilton Beach 12 cup deep fryer and I'm so glad that I found out about this amazing appliance. It makes cooking soooo much quicker and easier. Quicker prep and quicker cleanup. I was really surprised how easy it was to use this deep fryer as well. And it had all my food tasting like it just came from a restaurant.

I couldn't be happier with my Hamilton Beach 12 Cup Deep Fryer! I was so excited to try out some recipes I searched for online, as I've never had a deep fryer before. I started off making some simple onion rings to get the hang of using it and it was very easy. My onion rings came out perfect. I love the size of the basket which allows me to cook for everyone in my household with minimal batches. I also really appreciate the magnetic cord that disconnects if it's pulled, so the deep fryer can't fall off the countertop. The temperature settings work perfectly, and the oil stays hot consistently. I whipped up that batch of onion rings in about 10 minutes total and clean up was also a breeze. Most of the pieces are dishwasher safe which makes my job so much easier. The basket handle folds so you can store it in the most compact way possible and the unit itself is reasonably sized, so it doesn't take up too much space in my kitchen. I will continue to search for fun new recipes and will definitely get much use of my new deep fryer! I highly recommend.

I have never owned a deep fryer; not as a child growing up nor as an adult. I know air fryers are the rage and we own one but a deep fryer is truly a game changer with getting that high quality crispness from fried foods. My husband has fried chicken at least 5 different ways and our kids BEG for tater tots and fries. I am amazed with the texture improvement in food. The fryer itself is large and does take up a lot of counter space, which is my guess as to why we did not have one growing up. The use of the fryer is easy and works exceptionally well. Most importantly, it is also a very clean process, and the wire basket sits above the oil to allow the food to drain. The only thing that would make it better is if there was a fill line for the oil, as my husband over filled it the first use. The instructions do provide a min and max, but he did not read them and a visual cue would serve users better in the long run. The fryer has adjustable temperatures and provides visual lights to let you know when the oil has reached the selected temperature (which is important after frying a batch and the oil needs to get back to temperature).

This Hamilton Beach 3 Liter Deep Fryer is very easy to assemble. The fryer holds a maximum of 96 fluid ounces of oil. I purchased oil in bulk from a wholesale store which made it effortless. There is a dial to select the cooking temperature which makes it easy to set the right one for whatever you’re making. The fryer heated up to the temperature I wanted within 10-15 minutes. There is a “ready” light on the fryer that tells you when the fryer at your chosen frying temperature which is super handy. I made homemade sweet potato fries, which were cooked & ready in about six (6) minutes.
