I've used it to roast two chickens , and I was very surprised how moist it cooked. The product cleans very easily. The defrost feature was great for defrosting the food before cooking,Their customer service is great, they provided me with great e-mail contacts and were prompt and courteous in their responses.

Says it’s a 26 quart and is only a 22 quart. The box didn’t even say its size. My old one is 22qt and this one is exact same size. Sent back and was reimbursed with no problems.

Bought this to cook an extra turkey, easy to use and cooks pretty fast. Turkey came out with crunchy skin and juicy. Mmmmm Yum ! Can't wait to cook a Prime Rib for Christmas.Alittle hard to clean the inside without having to scrub. But awesome roaster. 😁
