Like others have said, the fit is just weird. There is absolutely no stretch and they are VERY difficult to get on. Like I had to lay on the bed to get them up, but once they were on, they weren’t too tight and were comfortable. They also have a hook and eye closure which is odd for jeans. Going up a size would have made them too big in the legs. If you are curvy on the bottom, they likely wouldn’t fit well because of how small the waist is without stretch.
