I order new item, and received heavily used item and the charger does not work.

I bought this item as new, unfortunately it is not. It is either an open box, or returned item. The wires out of the plastic case. The box has custom tape. Also this is the second item I buy where it is used. The first item manual was faded and the box was open. I did not give a review to the first item and decided to give them a second chance. The issue is I never buy used Electronics and they should have advertised the item as open box or returned or used. I am very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I let my beard grow for a week in expectation of this razor arriving. I haven't ever really gotten along with electric razors. Usually I find them very incapable of shaving my face. With longer, very coarse hair growing in, I expected a lot of pulling and scraping. Nope. The razor moved over my skin smoothly and didn't pull at my hair at all. I've overdone it since, shaving every day and haven't gotten any razor burn. I'm awfully happy with this razor. I can honestly equate the shave I get with this to any blade I've ever used. I've only just started paying attention to the movement sensors, but find them to be helpful. The razor tells you when you need to move it more and in what type of direction. In order to clean the razor, you just click the head open and you can brush the dry hair out or rinse it out if you're using it wet. So far, I've only had the charge the razor once. I've been using it for a bit over a week. Apparently you can quick charge it for five minutes for one usage which is super handy. I kind of wish it would work when plugged into the wall, but that's a minor quibble.

My wife raves about the Dry Shaver series and I finally bit the bullet and tried it out for myself. The blades cut smooth but don't harm your face. The face is super smooth and clean. Looks like you used a straight razor. Highly recommend.
