It has exceeded my expectations! At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but after a few sessions, I could really feel the benefits. The tiny pressure points on the mat and pillow stimulate blood circulation, and after just 10-15 minutes of lying on it, I feel so much more relaxed. This acupressure mat with a pillow set is the amazing quality and size. Me and my family are using is a lot! At first it was confusing but then I tended to start liking it! The color and texture of everything is perfect!

I'm not an acupressure expert, but been reading about it so giving a try to something like this was my plan. The mat and the pillow present sturdy pieces to replicate the acupressure system, they can be used separate or together and they do feel comfortable even when it is technically poking your body, which is the point. I've been enjoying relaxing some minutes per day with it and I do praise how it can be used individually or together on the floor or in a chair.

I. Love. This. Mat. Perfect thing to use to unwind at the end of the day. The spikes were a little scary at first but the quickly did the job. Love how easy this is to roll up and store as well. Just be careful getting down and up from it because of the weight distribution on the spikes.

Before this one, I had never used an acupressure mat, but had always been interested. I suffer from neck and shoulder pain, and wanted to see if it made any difference after working out. When I began I had to lie on the mat with clothing or cloth between myself and the plastic. I have slowly progressed to skin on plastic. This mat is great! I honestly am surprised it works so well. It improves my shoulder pain and seems to keep my muscles from getting sore if I use it after workouts. I try to use it for 10 minutes a day, and plan that time after working out on days I do that. After you get used to it, it’s very relaxing and comfortable!
