This is a super helpful little program. Works great on the Mac.

I would give this software 6 stars if I could.Problem: So many embroidery designs. Brother's PE Design software is super slow to preview. You can create thumbnails with it but then you have to be searching for the design, updating every time you add a design and is a pain to use in general.Solution: Thumbnailer installs and treats embroidery files the same way Windows deals with photos and videos. It automatically creates previews using the same functionality found in the OS. Basically it installs a small software that lets Windows KNOW how to preview embroidery files. It runs from Explorer. Works like previewing photos. Just open the directory where your designs reside and you get a preview. One of the most elegant software solutions I have seen in a while.Note: This software worked with Windows 10, no problems.Support: I had some small issues using the software in Windows standard account (not an admin account). I put in a ticket on a Sunday and on Sunday I got a reply. I got some instructions on an email to resolve (all you need is to do is a) convert standard user to admin b) install software c) revert user to standard user) and I was set. Wife is happy so I'm happy.

I was so tired of not being able to see all the embroideries on a disk or stick. Now I can see exactly what is on it and not have to pull up each individually.

I have hundreds of embroidery designs and not all of them have a name that clarifies what they are. This software is easy to install and gives you a picture, or “thumbnail” of the design instantly. Highly recommend.

A little tricky but not too to install. After installation works as desired. The patterns show up in the Explorer right away. The colors are a little odd but that may be my computer. There is not a lot of detail but that doesn't bother me I know what it should look like. Very happy. Since this little program worked so well I bought the Essentials program and am working through that to see what it does. Seems to be good and documentation is, so far, very good.

I had to return this as my sister sent me a laptop with the original embroidery software we had learned on . This company made it super easy to return and get a refund from. They were willing to help me on the issues I encountered, but my sister came to my rescue, so I easily returned this software and a digital download (via their website) of more of their software with no problems. Delighted to work with this company.

This is a good product however after some time my designs do not show up clearly on my laptop. At first the designs were clear and easy to make out now they are blurry. I have tried reinstalling the program but it did not help. I will try it on another computer to see if the results are different. I would still purchase it again as it make use of my embroidery designs so much easier.

It doesn't what it says, but pictures are too small to figure out. Ease of use mediocre quality could be better as long as it's been around I will rate it poor quality. Value for the money is poor also. It is a break through but it could be better. Being nationally known and expensive it could be so much better.
