No dislikes it’s made very good if they have one made in memory foam or other products like this will buy definitely. I bought this after being thrown on my head and used this to go to sleep when my neck bothered me like crazy and when I needed help keep my neck straight it actually can be used for some neck stretches or just trying to get the motion of turning without it being so hard very good if you have one for my back I would love this and it’s easy to use just lay it flat .

I have chronic neck and shoulder pain with headaches. When Jen Hamilton recommended this, I went straight to Amazon to order and have been using it daily. It feels SOOOOOO good to just rest with my neck in proper position, stretching sore spots and releasing tension. Highly recommend this, depending on current pain you may only be able to use for a minute or two, but over time, 5-10 minutes feels amazing!

This is an important tool to have for self care. A quick lookup on YouTube or Google will teach you how to use it properly. Follow directions, don’t hurt yourself. I read the other reviews and I still bought it. If this is a 3-star product, I can’t tell the difference, and it still does the job. My posture has improved, I don’t sleep on my stomach as much, and I feel like I walk taller. It’s nice.

I was having a lot of neck pain due to the way I sit in my office chair all day. So I got this pillow to help me stretch my neck. It is very relaxing. I also got some yoga wheels and started to see a chiropractor so I don't how much the pillow vs others are helping but it feels good :)

Jen reviewed this product and I’d been looking for something like this so decided to try it! I’m so happy I did. It releases the tension in my neck and relieves migraines. In addition, this company reached out to Jen to comp her for her efforts when they discovered that Amazon is totally screwing her by saying NO ONE bought through her link….which isn’t true! This is a great company for reaching out to her and they definitely deserve the business Jen has thrown their way.

This might not sound like the best review but this something I wanted to try out and I must say that am happy with it and I believe it works because am not in pain around my. Neck area so it does help with aligning the spine resting my neck and it's relaxing (just don't over do it) 20-30 mins is all you need I use it the most before each workout it works wonders.

I use this every morning before I get out of bed, and it works nicely, but the smell was horrible. I tried so many things. I finally soaked it for 7 hours in bleach and detergent. It took some time to dry out completely but the smell is gone and now I can use it without grimacing

I have scoliosis that effects my neck and upper back. Because of the scoliosis I have bad tension in my left shoulder that goes all the way into the muscle on my scalp. This causes a lot of tension headaches that turn into full blown migraine attacks that will last for hours or even a couple of days. Just from using this pillow for a few days so far, a lot of the tension in my neck and shoulders have subsided. Incredibly happy to finally find relief, I'll be using this weekly from now on.

My cervical spine is not good, I have tried many pillows,for example : cylindrical pillow, memory foam pillow, none of them work. I see a lot of people recommend this, I think it really works! Especially when I just started using it a few days ago,can feel the support! But the pain is still there. Maybe you need to stick to it every day Hope there will be changes in the future

After less than one week of using this funny little contraption, my neck and shoulder pain is MUCH better. Something interesting I've noticed is that immediately after laying on this cervical traction thing my neck feels HOT, which feels really good. I don't know if it IS good (for my neck), but it certainly feels good -- feels like more blood flow to the whole area. And, the best part is no more pain!
