Ok! I’ve had this item since December, my neck has given me pain for 45 years from a whiplash. This past month has been unbearable, dug this item out, dropped to the floor and used it for 10 minutes. Pain was gone, this is my third day using with no pain. Life Saver!

I have a long neck and hyper-mobile joints so I have struggled with neck pain all my life. Recently, I had a project that involved a lot of reading and spent a lot of time starring down, which threw my neck out. I was in crazy pain and looked for a product to support and stretch my neck. This neck rest was life changing. 15 minutes laying on it and my neck was able to relax and my pain went away. I use anytime my neck feels tight to prevent my neck from going out and it keeps me out of the pain zone. If you have a bad neck this thing is a life saver.

A little bit bigger than I thought it would be. But as instructed, within 10 minutes I felt so much relief no only on my neck but realized how much my upper spine was holding stress. Could honestly breathe a little better, my jaw felt more relaxed, tension in my forehead was gone, and my shoulders and upper spine felt like I had wings and could fly they were so lite.

My chiropractor found that I was losing the curve in my neck and suggested I roll up a towel and lay on it for 5 to 10 minutes every day. That was not working very well, and so when I saw this cervical neck pillow I wanted to give it a try. It takes a couple of days to get used to it, but I feel it is working very well to help bring the curve back to my neck and with relaxation, and to keep the spine in alignment. I would recommend this product.

This worked! I could actually feel the circulation as soon as I laid my neck on it. One thing that really helped me also were the pressure points on the product where it hits on the base of the skull. I always have an issue there. I also have midneck issues & what my chiro referred as "turtle" neck where my neck sinks down into my body which causes me massive shoulder pain. My neck also tilts right & I can feel it stretch out when I use this product. I have looked at this product on and off for a while but wasn't too sure about it. I finally had so much neck pain I decided to try it. Glad I did. This is a great purchase.

Provides a very relaxing and gentle stretch to the neck! It took a few attempts to re-position for the ideal location under my neck; but, once I found that sweet spot…. OoooEEE! It feels so good! It says to not sleep on it…. It is so tempting to not, though! Highly recommend!!!
