May be a bit of an error on my part, but these headphones are not for desktop use. If using an application like Discord for example, the headset will swap to a completely different 'playback device' for the call, muting all other audio coming from the computer, the mic is unusable outside of this 'playback device' state, so if you plan to do any kind of gaming with friends on the regular, skip past this one, I am using it purely for mobile now.
