[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The infant insert is great for adding a bit more support for your little one when they are still pretty floppy and need the extra comfort. The reversible designs are pretty great as well because it allows you to either have a pop of color, or something that calls less attention to your swing. My kiddos loved when it was facing with the yellow side up because they enjoyed the pop of color. I was happy with both sides and appreciated the extra comfort and support it provided while my son was still figuring out how to keep his head a bit more stable. My son seemed to love it as well! The only downside to it was that as my son grew, it became more difficult to strap him into the MamaRoo with the infant insert as well. Since my son is a pretty big baby, he seemed to outgrow the ability to use the infant insert a little bit earlier than he was developmentally ready. This meant we had to deal with a bit of time where the buckling was a bit of a pain, but not impossible. I still think it was absolutely worth it though! It gave our baby so much support and comfort while in the mamaRoo. Both my wife and I thought our newborn looked much more comfortable with the insert than without it. I'm not sure that the baby would have been able to go in the mamaRoo as soon as she did without the insert. Our baby fussed quite a bit when we first put her in the mamaRoo before installing the insert, so I can say for sure that she enjoyed the insert. My wife loves the reversible pattern. Every few days I noticed that she has flipped it to freshen up the look of the mamaRoo. Both patterns are very nice. My wife also noted that the insert is so very easy to clean. All you need is to wipe it down with a baby wipe and all the messes come right off! Overall, I am very happy with this insert and would recommend that it be purchased with the mamaRoo.

It was super easy to throw in the wash if a spit up or blow out episode happened! I loved that it made my baby feel more cozy. It did only work until he was about 4 months though, so get it from the start!

The insert provides all the support she need and is really soft. This infant insert is beautiful, I love the reversible sides with 2 different patterns.
