As someone in the cleaning business I was always skeptical of the effectiveness of these type vacuums especially with pet hair. After years of my wife pleading to get one I bought the 675 for her for Christmas. Normally that wouldn't be a greart gift but she loved it, and the perfume I also bought? And we tried it out. All I can say is I was amazed at what a great job it did. I regret not buying one sooner and now I'm looking at one of the mopping robots. If you're hesitant, don't be, you'll be glad you bought one.

This little robot is amazing and worth the $$!

I live in an apartment and I use it about once a week or a little more often. I have a cat. I just walk through my apartment and pick up small items such as cat toys, and move what I wish to move, and then I let my Roomba run. Once in a while I'll go move a piece of furniture so it can get behind it. It's a very gentle and doesn't knock over anything such as plant stands, and I can go do something else while it's running. It really picks up quite a bit of dirt and cat hair. I plan to go through the house with my regular vacuum cleaner once in a while to get deep corners and to also get overhead areas. But my Roomba Is really great and saves a lot of wear and tear on my arthritic back. I'm really glad I have it.

Works great! I started it before I go to the Gym usually, and send it to home base when I'm heading home! I it about 3x a week, and it's keeps the dust off my floors, and moves well over a few of my small carpets too!

Love not having to pull out a large vacuum several times a week to pick up dog hair and other small debris. Our only problem is that it gets stuck under cabinets in the kitchen and the beds in the bedrooms. For the convenience, I'll take these minor problems.

One use and we were hooked. We couldn't believe the amount of dust, dirt and cat hair it collected. The floors simply look cleaner after every use. One push of a button and it's off and cleaning. It needs the occasional human assist if it gets stuck but that is rare. It needs periodic maintenance which takes less than 20 minutes.
