Roomba 671 I received this roomba as a Christmas gift. I have to say I'm pretty disappointed. Many of my friends have an iRobot Roomba and rave about how good it is. However, mine is not. I have run it over a dozen times and it basically just bumps off of walls and goes in another direction. It has missed the same areas over and over and usually just gets stuck under a table and can't find its way back out. I have a 1200 square foot home and it tends to dies in the middle of a room without making it back to the base. What areas it does manage to clean, it cleans well. But at this point, it's not doing what I had expected it to do.

It didn't do as expected and let it run a couple times to get a feel of the layout I thought I could control it more to be in a specific room if it were room but I wasn't able to I also noticed that 1 of the sweepers was slightly bent then when I opened it so it didn't lay flat to the ground to sweep like the others. It would also run and miss giant spots where I purposely left dirt for it to pick up I'm not sure if that's cause I wanted the sweepers were banned or not but it just seemed to keep missing big areas and not going over it I do have an open floor plan that's larger so maybe it just wasn't enough time but ultimately I don't Care to have it running in the background for an hour and a 1/2 just I'm gonna have just to still miss spots that I'd have to get myself it's easier just to spend the 20 minutes in vacuum with the handheld my own self

I saved up to purchase this vacuum but was disappointed. Everyone raves about there's but the one I have doesn't impress me. It will be on the base, but not connect and won't charge. If I press the dock button it will not return to the home base. It will die in the middle of cleaning instead of returning to the base to charge. It will clean the same spot, over and over and over, but won't move onto other locations. I hate that it doesn't clean in a path, it just moves where ever it wants. It will get stuck in bathroom rugs. What's the point in having a robotic vacuum if I have to pick the rugs up every day. If I had more money and could afford a better one maybe it might be worth it, but this midline vacuum was not worth the money I saved.

Was so so excited to get this finally after much searching & saving. Seems like it worked well for a short period now it gets stuck every day multiple times a day. It can't seem to dock itself to line up with chargers. I have done all the trouble shooting and cleaning that was reccomended. But nothing seems to have worked. Its a great idea and the short time it did work properly I could tell as soon as I walked in the door at home the floor looked clean. But just not reliable enough for the $.

I was so excited to finally get me my very own iRobot. I have owned this iRobot 677 for approximately 3 1/2 months and I am so unhappy. I felt like for this price it should do what it says it can do. My iRobot has yet to ever find it's way back to the docking station. Always runs out of battery and I have to go find it. I tell it to clean a specific room and it goes anywhere and everywhere. This is not what I was wanting in a vacuum. May as well vacuum and sweep myself. Very disappointed.

The Roomba itself works well, but the charging station situation is just an absolute disaster. It can't position itself onto the charging station, and after ~6 months, it just stopped charging for more than 30 seconds at a time. So if you want to use it, you have to put it next to you while you're sitting down, and slightly reposition it every 30 seconds for like an hour or two. Just to get one use. Might as well just use a regular vacuum.

Barely cleans and goes around in circles. You have to place in certain areas you want cleaned otherwise it seems to only go over the same areas and has no direction. Often times gets stuck in between furniture and then can’t get out. Not worth the purchase AT ALL!

Although this vacuum does clean well it is LOUD and gets stuck ALL THE TIME! I went back to using my $100 robot vacuum instead of this one because of how often this one got stuck.. and again so loud! Would not recommend buying this, especially when my $100 one works way better!

The Roomba works nicely, but even with replaced battery and charging dock once the rumba has a VERY VERY hard time charging. I can fuss with it and try to ensure that the charge is working but Roomba will nugget later or some thing else disrupts the charge at the end of the day. Based on the time spent trying to charge, find it's easier to mop and vacuum versus using this robot which hardly has a charge on it even if it's a new battery.

It doesn't roam the house like it should. I have to keep picking it up and placing it in different rooms even with an open floor plan.
