Received for Christmas as a gift. Ran it without setting up the app to see how it worked. Not bad, cleaned ok but not fantastic. Seemed to need help moving around an entire open space and just going around the same areas, missing spots. I figured it was just because I wasn't running it with the app and couldn't map the floorplan. To my surprise, in 2021 a WiFi connected "robot" can't run off 5G....are you serious??? Sending it back and continuing my research. Very disappointed.

I am not happy at all with it, it’s “ cleaning” very barely around and honestly it’s not what I expected

Terrible product. Less than 2 months in and it’s not sucking anything up. Goes it’s own way all over the house without any pattern and misses so many spots. Constantly gets stuck and can never find its way home. Would not recommend to anyone.

I really had thought this Roomba would easily pick up dog fur on hardwood with ease but I'm disappointed to say it only glides over it or shifts it around. I cannot believe that it did not pick up a single strand. The tray is completely empty after running for an hour. I have a video to demonstrate it's lack of vacuuming capabilities if anyone cares to see it.

it's loud and the routes it took were bewildering

Does not work as good as my old roomba. Stops at random times with out it being stuck.

I’ve had this vacuum for less than a year and it has never worked well. I would return if I could and would not recommend.

Does not pick up dust efficiently and we have to move around with it to cover the area not cleaned by the vacuum. The brush throws away the hairs and light weight items.

This vacuum does not cover my 1100sqft condo well at all. It does the same room two or three times, and completely ignores other rooms. There is no discernible pattern, seems completely random, and missed large patches. The app also does nothing with this model, has to be reconnected every time I start it and does nothing to control it. Complete waste.

It just bumps around all over and the brush has broken. It is also very loud.
