It moves in circles too much!! Doesn’t move to areas I want cleaned. Have to pick up to place in areas
Tamara
It’s very loud, my shark vacuum was much quieter

This is a refurbished vacuum. This model is no longer being made. It was not advertised as refurbished, if I had known I probably would not have bought it

The app doesn’t make a map of the house so you can’t tell it to clean rooms. It’s all or nothing. And as it cleans it just randomly goes all over the place no grid cleaning

I've always wanted one, but this left me disappointed. It's very loud like others say. It also doesn't pick up well. It has to go through the same spot a few times to get a space clean. But, it won't do that unless you block it and direct it back. It has no pattern/map, which I knew but didn't think it would be a big deal, but it is. This basically bounces from wall to wall and go and misses a lot. Unfortunately, I will have to return it and get a better version with mapping and helps with pet hair.

It started working great. Then kept getting issues with charging and going back to the dock. Now it won't charge at all saying there is a charging error no matter what I do to readjust it.

It does a great job picking up dog hair. It is very loud, much louder than other robot vacuums. I have to run it when I don’t need to do anything else in the area and it’s too loud to run at night on the hardwood or tile floor. It only charges about 25% of the time. It’s very frustrating when you want to run it and even though it’s been on the charger for days, it only has 5 minutes of charge on it.

Refurbished should mean like new. In this case, it was like old.

Update: A little over a year after purchasing my Roomba 675, she developed dementia. Our poor Rhonda was once a hard working member of the household. Now she can’t find her home and can barely walk. She never makes it over rugs, has to be pushed along carpeted surfaces, and scratches our hardwood floors all along the way. I bought a Goovi for half the price and hate to say I’m going to put Rhonda out by the road. Original review: My Roomba 675 was delivered today and she’s already run for over 3.5 hours. I’ve emptied her six times. You know, I clean my house. It is amazing how much she picks up and how the air seems so much more fresh and clean. I was debating whether to give four or five stars. It was hard choosing what brand and model of robot vacuum cleaner to purchase. My mom and sister have Eufys and love them, as well. I have another friend who has the Eco whatever brand by Amazon and loves hers. The only reason I knocked it down a star was because the vacuum has had some trouble docking. I think that is because of our slightly open floor plan. Once it seemed to be confused in our powder room. The docking station is right behind that bathroom wall. Just now I had to kind of block the vacuum to help it guide itself back to its docking station. Otherwise, when I tell it to dock it just keeps rambling around. It isn’t the quietest thing, but it makes way less noise than a traditional vacuum cleaner. You can actually hear the television if you turn it up a bit. I learned through research that the quieter robot vacuums don’t have as much suction. Definitely want suction over quietness. My mom and sister told me that they ran their vacuums a bunch the first day and then just once a day after that. I am loving this thing. I will have to get one for my upstairs now. Great way to get the kids to clean their small toys. “Don’t want Rosie to eat your lol dolls, do you? That my little pony hair could get sucked right up. Oops, I think it just ate a lego.” Watch the kids run over and start to clean after that. This is one of my best purchases ever. I’ve wanted one since they were very expensive and I was glad to get this one for less than a few hundred dollars.

UPDATE: Decided to return the product. Noticed various scratches on my newly refinished hardwood floors which was basically the last straw. There are a few metal pieces on the bottom of the device which I imagine are the culprit. If you own wood floors then you know that you can't have anything metal coming in contact with your floors and sliding or dragging or you're going to get scratches. iRobot is the most well known company in this space, but their Roomba product is really not good, still has a ton of issues 10 years later. I signed up for Consumer Reports as a way to figure out which vacuum to purchase instead of the Roomba. Ended up buying the Eufy RoboVac 30 for $269. Rated #3/36 robotic vacuums tested. Top 2 were above $600, which is why I landed on #3. Keeps vacuuming the same areas over and over and doesn't vacuum whole rooms. The lack of mapping seems to be a big hold back and I'm wishing I bought a product that mapped smarter and I could check to see which areas were cleaned and which weren't. It picks up light dust, but has trouble with bigger pieces of dirt. Will go over the bigger pieces multiple times and not pick them up. Overall, not satisfied with the produce and will likely send it back for a full refund.
