Wheel fell off after 1 use - VERY annoying! I had high hopes but now I would really like my money back.

The wheel has come off twice since purchases this luggage in less than 2 weeks. Not worth the money.

Wheel fell off the first time I used it. Poor quality.

This service does not seem to be customer oriented and I would not recommend anyone to use it for a domestic ski trip.

Bulky and did not roll core. Had to return. Ended up dragging through airport. Suitcase also very heavy in weight , so it deducts from the amount you can pack and still be at acceptable airline weight. Inside liner paper and him. Have no doubt it would have ripped quickly

Supposed to come with a five-year warranty. Company is non-responsive-have not responded to emails nor calls. Target will not help either. Even their website does not work anymore. My wheel broke around the plastic base after the second use. The bag is not completely useless and was a waste of money

I travel about 25-30% of the time for work. That works out to about 1 week out of a month. I purchased this item in April and took it on a trip. When I retrieved it from the baggage claim at the airport, the hard case was cracked along with cheap plastic that houses the wheel. Without the wheels this luggage is a burdensome piece of junk. I continued to use this luggage for 2 more trips knowing that it was damaged. On the 3rd trip as I was rolling this piece down the hallway of my hotel, I noticed that it seemed to repeatedly lean over to one side. I took a closer look, only to discover that one of the wheels was folding underneath the luggage as it was rolling on the carpet. This luggage barely made it back home. I have returned it for a refund. Do not waste your money. I gave it 1 star because 0 stars was not an option. Luggage should be able to stand up to normal baggage handling for air travel. This is not the piece for that! This is an overpriced single use item. The company is unresponsive and plays email tag while I sat on the sideline in need of luggage to use for my travel. Simply put this piece is JUNK!

It broke as soon as I arrived to the airport to fly out. I didn't even put more than 45lbs.

I regret purchasing this suitcase due to the poor quality of the shell. The plastic material used in its construction is extremely prone to cracking. After just a couple of trips, I noticed significant cracks appearing on the surface, which is not only unsightly but also worrisome.
