I purchased this blendjet off the target site ; well worth it, until I got recalled list, I still haven’t received it
The instructions state that it holds charge for 15 uses, it needs to be fully charged before every use. Fruit frequently jams the blade and not as advertised. Pretty color though.
The machine itself is great. However, their customer service is terrible. My machine broke. I contacted them for a replacement. They said they would send it out. Never arrived. That was six months ago! I’ve contacted them three times about this replacement and they just keep telling me we’re backlogged but will send it out. Terrible customer service.
