I use this if I get cold symptoms. I put it in Lemon Ice: good flavor and gets rid of a cold fast for me (for me, usually in 2 days tops; much better than 7 to 10 days).

I’ve been using for years. This is the best cure when feeling a cold coming on or following a night of too much wine!

Good for after/before workouts and great for those pesky hangovers. Another cool effect is that it leaves your urine a nice hue of bright orange which is a cool party trick to show the kids

I purchased this product for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I have been putting one in my water when I am feeling a little run down or when I will be traveling around a bit. The taste is good and it didn't upset my stomach at all. Does it give me more energy? Sometimes I think it does and sometimes I can't tell. I am just hoping that taking it improves my immune system and keeps me healthy! I have found a lot of European products I like - I just wonder why some things are readily available in the USA?

I like the flavor of these and the tablets dissolve well into water. They have an artificial sweater in them but you can’t really taste it and I don’t like artificial sweeteners. I will buy these again,
