Recently made the switch from nonstick to stainless pans. This is one of the first few stainless pans I bought. It does the job, easy to clean. Heating frozen fried rice in it does make it stick. Otherwise, it’s pretty decent.
Awful. It developed black spots after one use and it made food stick.
Stainless Steel continues to be a disappointment. Especially from Cuisinart. This pan arrived with a cloudy appearance and some light surface scratches. I followed the directions for cleaning. And the cloudiness seems to have gotten worse. Food also sticks to the pan even when using oil or butter. I also noticed some black dots today, and I decided to return it for all those reasons listed above.
