The accessories , like drills, were not sharpened. Drill works ok

It feels like its cheaply made

2nd one ordered in 3 years. Charger stops working.

cheap cheap set. from the screw gun to all its accessories .

I gave this product a low rating because everything else was great but the charger does not work so my tool box just sits there unopened smh 🤦🏾‍♀️

I like that it's cordless & has extra stuff but the quality is ehh.. I I can see me buying a different 1 already.

Main drill works fine, but I end up snapping a drill bit almost every week with only light woodworking use. Also, the holding case isn't great.

The bits are a crappy quality. I have broken most of the bits even just screwing things together. Definitely would not buy again. I should of bought a better one

I bought this over a year ago. It’s an okay drill for the basic stuff that I use it for. The charger is a piece of garbage, however. It’s very difficult to get the battery part out of the charger. My hands are are the smaller side, I guess, it’s hard for me to depress both of the buttons at the same time to get it detached. I also tried to press both the buttons at the same time using different tools and the battery is still stuck in it.

First time using it and two of the bits broke and a few of them bent. I am really upset by this. The drill it's self is great and I really like it but the bit's are not worth it and i am going to have to go out and buy some bits that are better quality.
