Not bad for around the house light work. Don't expect the same power you get from expensive brand names but works well enough. I built my shed with it on a single charge. You may have to buy extra bits but that's true of any power drill. Be careful when buying extra battery, bought one but it is a 1/4" too long, will power the drill but you have to hold it in. Fortunately I haven't needed a second battery since the included battery holds a good charge.
