The seatbelt doesn’t securely hold child in seat.

I am thoroughly disappointed by the quality and performance of this product. Upon receiving the wagon, I noticed that the materials used were flimsy and easily susceptible to wear and tear. The fabric seemed thin and prone to ripping, making me question its longevity even with careful use. This lack of durability was a major concern for me, especially when considering regular outdoor use. the issues with quality and usability, the wagon's handling and maneuverability left much to be desired. The wheels did not roll smoothly, making it challenging to pull and navigate, especially on uneven terrain. This compromised the overall functionality of the wagon and made it less enjoyable to use during family outings.

Purchased this wagon for my son. Have had it for less than a couple years and it has fully disintegrated. We have used it very often and taken it many places but I fully expected this wagon to be a first and final purchase for a wagon. My neighbor has had the same radio flyer for over 50yrs! They don't make items like they used to. If you're going to purchase a wagon get more quality for your money with a different wagon!

The canopy wire broke on the 5th time of collapsing it. We hadn't even used it outdoors yet, we were using it indoors for fun. I can't use the canopy at all. It broke within 2 months of owning it.

I bought this wagon at the beginning of April for my daughter to be pulled down the aisle at our wedding. It has been used 3 times for 45 minutes at most each time. Two which times it has been in weddings. Never exceeding the weight limit of 150lbs. Stored indoors and never has gotten wet. Very disappointed in this wagon. I bought Radio Flyer because it has always been an amazing brand but I'm very disappointed especially for the amount of money spent on it!

We bought this wagon as a replacement to another one. We have had less than 2 months and the handle has completely come off. The bolt that held in place apparently came loose and then the handle totally fell off when I was pulling. On our other wagon the wheel fell off from a similar bolt issue. With that one we were able to get a replacement part, but I can not get in touch with anyone at Radio Flyer yet for this new issue. It's just super frustrating that a similar thing happened to a brand new wagon because we love Radio Flyer and the wagons except for these issues. Kids are sad we can not use anymore on our evening strolls.

Poorly designed, too does not stay on. Very hard to keep clean. Not worth the money.

One of the front wheels doesn't lock in properly and it fell off when we hit a bump- the whole thing fell over and my kids smacked their heads on the pavement. The "seatbelts" are a total joke, my 2yo and 4yo figured out how to wiggle out of them in less than 30 seconds, even with them pulled tight. The pull handle doesn't stay up like on other RF wagons and the entire wagon itself is incredibly small, it barely fits two kids unless you are pulling two small toddlers (which I don't recommend due to the crappy seat belts.)

I do not recommend. Loves it at first, thought the shade was a nice feature. One of the snaps has broken just from regular use so one side now flaps in the wind. The steering/wheels are also messed up and my wagon takes serious force to turn and maneuver, especially if my toddler is sitting over the front wheels. Great concept and features but the overall quality is not there. Had it for about a year and now I will be shopping for a new one I can actually use.

It was broke when I opened it, and I was not able to use it.
