the front wheels stopped turning after like 3 uses

I bought one of these a week ago from target and I put my son in there for a couple minutes I turn away for a moment my son is strapped in and I turn back because my son was screaming and panicking HE WAS CHOKING ON THE STRAP due to trying to crawl out of it. MY SON IS ONE AND A HALF. This wagon is a safety hazard i understand there is a warning label on there and that I was turned away for not even 3 minutes is my fault but this should not be that dangerous. I was frozen in shock to see my son like that thank god he is ok ! but this needs to be looked at and needs a five point harness or a way more SAFER harness not just a single strap.

We bought this to help our 5 yr old special needs son get around. Now less than 2 months later the wheel in the back is cracked and broken. I expected more from this company. Hopefully the company will right the wrong we have experienced. Usually this has been a good company

I bought this on Friday, July 29th to use on Sat, July 30th.. we were so excited to use it. The hub cap popped off without us noticing and the wheel fell off! So now we have a brand new 3 wheel wagon! It did not come with any replacement parts either!

Part missing from handle

This wagon is OK. Several main issues to note. 1) It is NOT comfortable for a baby or toddler. The grey that looks like padding in the stock image is very misleading. It actually looks photoshopped to give the appearance that it sticks out a bit, like a cushion. Well, it does NOT. It is the same fabric as the red, without any sort of padding. 2) My main issue, which is the main reason I seized using this wagon and purchased another from a different brand (though over double the price of this one, but well worth it) is that this wagon has NO BRAKES! How obsurd that a wagon that converts to a bench, does not have any sort of braking or wheel lock mechanism, whatsoever. 3) The bolt that holds the handle in place, fell off at some point during a walk, not to be found again. I had to go to the hardware store and purchase a replacement. 4) A wheel fell off for no reason while stored away. It wasn't until I took it to the park that I realized it was missing the wheel, then had to backtrack home where I found the wheel on the floor where it was stored. One of the wheels that clicks into place does not secure. I did not handle this wagon carelessly, or through rough terrain. The issues are simply due to cheap product. These simple issues are such a necesary fix IMO, that Radio Flyer really should consider this reviews issues. I liked the brand, my entire life. After this, I will likely not purchase another RF product. It appears to be just another brand that has consistently gone down hill over the years. You really do get what you pay for. In this case, an unnecessary inferior product. Radio Flyer - do a redesign and pay attention to this review, stat!

just bought this wagon put my two grandsons 2 & 4 was turning the corner and it tipped over they were seat belted in so no injuries seems very unstable not feeling to safe to use this wagon now. may return it

Hubby put it together and back wheel is loose and wobbly, no way to tighten it. Going to return! So bummed!!!

Missing item need replace or new one

The seatbelt doesn’t securely hold child in seat.
