We take our blades up to 2000˚F for hardening and back down to -185˚F to remove residual stresses. Hand sharpened and coated with titanium for added durability, these knives deliver unparalleled performance and stand up to years of use.

What a nice carving set. This Titanium carving set by GreenPan is Recycled Stainless Steel It is Titanium Coated and hand sharpened. Has a nice slip resistant Grip on the handle which makes it easy to use, while giving you full control. Carving 8 " Knife has a cover for protecting the blade and the 8" Fork will have many uses in the kitchen area. This set would be an excellent Gift for the Holiday's or a lovely wedding gift. I just love it.

Your review needs to be more about the product and your experience using it. The GreenPan carving set worked great! The handles are so smooth and easy to hold. I felt like I had I was able to get a good grip on the handles and safely use the tools. The knife cut very well and was very smooth. I would recommend this set for all your carving needs.

I really LOVE this carving set! The knife is so sleek and cuts so smoothly. I really like the rubber on the handles which makes me feel safe when using the knife. It also comes with a very nice sheath which is quite tight. I was a little concerned I was going to slice my hand off when getting the sheath off. The fork stabs the food very easily and gives me a secure way to hold what I'm cutting. Also - I know packaging doesn't factor into the quality of the products - but I almost couldn't get items out of the package. I was afraid I was going to cut my hands. I hand washed (don’t know what they suggested) but if you do hand wash- dry immediately- mine got water spots on the blade because the water stayed on there. (Could be my hard water????????).

I purchased this craving knife set for Thanksgiving but had to try it out before the holiday I have been pleasantly surprised how well they worked on ham and a roast . I really like the weight and balance of the knife . I think it is going to be a great investment.

Immediately, my first thoughts were about the feel and weight of this set. Very sturdy and they felt nice and heavy in my hands. My husband, especially, loved the fork, for some reason! I baked a chicken last night and used the pair to carve and serve. I am definitely looking forward to using these for the upcoming holidays, for turkey, ham and beef tenderloin! The knife is quite sharp and should make carving a breeze!
