You have to follow the tips sent with the blackhead remover. First clean the face with facewash and then a hot towel to open the pores and then use the black head remover to clean the face. Probably doesn't work as well if you have a beard.

I like it. The suction is quite strong and the device has multiple different heads. Satisfied.

Bought this to clean out my pores and it works great. Comes with various heads to reach into larger or smaller areas. The multi-speed is great.
