Color looks just like the picture. I purchased this to plug my desktop in after a power surge. Definitely protects have had several other surges and electronics still work fine. Would recommend screwing it into wall with the provided instructions otherwise it gets too heavy from the plugs and doesn’t stay plugged in

This works great for plugging in multiple devices without having to have all those power boxes plugged into a power strip. The added shelf is a nice addition as well. It's nice to know it has surge protection during power spikes. It fits snug and even has a screw to attach it to the outlet of needed.

I had a cheap plastic 4-port USB outlet cover that just seemed like it was waiting to burn down my house. I saw this unit as a WOOT deal. I almost bought it but checked Amazon first. $2 cheaper. SOLD! I took out the 1 screw holding the old cover plate. Plug in this devise and use the included screw to attach it. Now we can plug in all of our chargers and charge everything we own.Day to day, we use two or three of the USB plugs to charge up tablets and phones and such. When we get ready to travel, we use every USB port and outlet to charge headphones, phones, tablets, batteries, everything we need for long airport layovers. We don't have to prioritize and remember which units are charged. Charge them all then toss them in bags and go.I feel like this one won't try to kill me in my sleep which is a bonus in itself. Why Amazon would like me to rate this for travel I don't know. It's not made or marketed for that. Thickness? 5 stars because why would I care how thick it is? It does what I need and if there is a downside, I don't see it.

A very good product. I received it on time and was in excellent condition. This Surge Travel size is a three in device. It is a surge protector, I will use it abroad when I visit India for example where there are frequent power failures and electrical surges. It is a USB charging device, very useful for charging my Amazon Kindle and iPhone which I carry with me when I travel. It is also a two outlet adapter. Overall I am very happy with this. I wish they made one with Quad-in-device, which would work with AC 120V and AC 220V power lines.

Worked as advertised for me. It's a fixture; not sure why Amazon thinks its for travel, except that there are travel versions of these productsI like that it works. It has a Protection light indicating that the surge protector is active for the three outlets. It also has a similar light for the 4 USB outlets.I chose the model with 4 USB outlets so I can get rid of 4 USB chargers and leave the 3 AC outlets available.The place on top for my Smartphone is a definite plus in my kitchen.Great value for the money.

I brought this for my office and love it. It’s a great solution for when you need to charge your phone and other devices at the time. I owed this surge protector for about 6 months no problems. It provides a central location for charging my devices all in one place. I also like that it adds a bit of color to the office.

Works incredible, Purchase this for my workstation end it works fantastic and the phone holder really does hold the phone without letting it drop on the floor

Sturdy and well made. Works well. Think the black makes it more stylish looking.
