I'm not sure if these sheets vary in quality/feel by color (considering some of the negative reviews) but I bought these in dark gray and rose and I think they're just fine! Soft, comfortable...not so sure they're "wrinkle resistant" (which is why I took away a star), but I don't really care about a few wrinkles since they're hidden under the duvet.

Nice sheets for the price. They are a bit wrinkly after washing though. The queen fitted sheet fits my 16” mattress.

I've purchased several Threshold branded sheets, Performance & Organic for both my bed (king) and my two kids (twin). I love the soft feel, they don't shrink, are well constructed and the price can't be beat. BUT! I hate how much they crease. I'm not talking about wrinkles throughout that I can iron, I'm talking about deep seated CREASES in the most annoying place...the decorative wide hem at the top of the flat sheet and edge of the pillowcases. They've appeared on every, single Threshold set I've purchased and appear immediately after the first wash/dry. I've tried everything...steam cycle in my dryer, line dry, remove from dryer immediately after cycle, iron on hottest setting (with steam and without), spray down hems with water to make even more steam with the iron. I've even taken them to the dry cleaners thinking that the professional machines they use to PUT creases into pants can steam the creases out...nope! It drives me nuts because after all my work getting the creases flat, but still obviously there, after a couple of days sleeping in them they are front and center once again. Aaargh! First world problems I know, but very frustrating nonetheless.

I’m thinking there are different lots because mine aren’t itchy at all. These are crisper sheets, so they aren’t going to feel silky or super soft like flannel or linen. There is going to be a little stiffness in the sheets. But there is definitely no itchiness for me. I have previous Target percale sheets that I have owned for over 3 years and they have held up and continue to hold up. I only really bought new sheets because I wanted a new color. So I went to Target for more but I couldn’t find those same sheets specifically labeled percale. These seemed like the next best option and I liked the dusty purple (called Rose but they are a purple). These smelled awful out of the package, like chemicals. I washed them and dried them on low and the flat sheet came out very wrinkled. So they aren’t wrinkle free, but I am one who doesn’t mind the slept-in look. There was no pilling at all. These aren’t as cool to the touch as my original percale sheets were but still sleep cool enough. I’m a little concerned about tears as stated in other reviews by mind feel very stable. For the price, I am satisfied and I’m hoping they get better with each wash as cotton often does. I don’t understand complaining about the price as highly quality cotton sheets easily run $100-200+, so these are a bargain. Oh and I have a deep mattress and pad and these still easily fit, which is a huge plus. So I think there is a luck of the draw factor with what you get as I experienced no piling or itchiness.

These sheets are so smooth and luxurious feeling. I'd give thwm a higher rating if they didn't sell horrendously out of the package. Thankfully the smell went away with a wash and a good dose of house spray in the room.

I ordered the set in white and was pretty disappointed in the color. The white I received did not look like the white set in the picture AT ALL. If anything, the white set looks like the color sour cream. I double checked the color on the packaging and my order and I did order white. It just didn’t look white at all. Other than the color, the sheet set was fine.

Love the fact that the fitted sheet fits well over thick mattress. Grips well so it doesn’t come off. What I don’t like is that the sheets are not really wrinkle resistant.

these sheets are really comfortable and aren't too hot, but one of the pillowcases is about an inch longer than the other. it just means a little extra sticks off the end of the pillow and it's not a huge deal, but it is suggestive of a quality control issue. would still buy again, just know they are not perfect - but pretty good for the price

Pro: the fitted sheet elastic is perfect and works much better than the highly rated inexpensive set I bought at a major online retailer Con: the sheets are scratchy even after washing. Really scratchy.

Nicest sheets I’ve bought. They are soft and cool. I’m really happy with them. Haven’t used them long so I can’t say what they’ll be like in a year but I will be happy if they last more then a year
