This dress has two side slits for easy movement, two side pockets, 1 chest pocket, Buttons from the waist up, the long sleeves are adjustable with a button tab to make it stay rolled up and a tie to adjust the waist. It features a drawstring waist tie that can be cinched as loose or as tight as you would like. I preferred to have this cinched tight, because without it, the dress looked pretty shapeless. The material on this dress feels pretty stiff and the buttons are kind of tight and hard to open and close. I struggled with them a little bit. I. Hoping over time they will loosen up a bit. I think the dress fit nicely, and I like the midi length of it. This is a very appropriate dress for work and looks great with heels, flats, or boots. I am wearing an xs and it fits great. I would say if anything this dress runs a little big. I am normally an xs or small and this dress still had a little room in it. It was a decent price and value. That would be great for the fall and winter season coming up as it does keep you nice and warm. I will say it definitely runs very large so if you are going to purchase, I would size down. I am wearing a size medium, which is my normal size, but I would definitely want to get a small if I was going to keep this one. I received an incentive to write this review.

I had ordered this item about 1 1/2 month ago, so disappointed with Target, I was on the back order and now finally I called customer service and informed me that the merchandise may have been damaged or lost , bad service.
