When I first set it up the app options were very limited and it wouldn't even let me open the apps I did have. I figured it needed updates, but I couldn't find anywhere to do that. So I left it alone for a couple of days. When I retried it, it was extremely loaded with all kinds of options and apps and I am loving it! So, don't get discouraged, it is a great product with a fantastic price tag!

Send me a refurbished product that was not cleaned. The original owners data password, etc. was on the product and I could not open it to use with my own password email etc. I was strongly recommend that you do not buy anything that is electronic from this company because they do not clean previous owners if they’re refurbished.
