Received cotton pillow cases instead of the toothbrush heads. Will not let me return.

All are faulty, do not work properly with oral-b. Don't buy this product

I wanted soft sensitive bristles, these were not. They were to stiff for me to use.

These replacement brushes fit on to the motor but it doesn't spin like it is supposed to. I found this out after my return period so I am taking a loss for my purchase.

These are advertised as "sensitive." These are absolutely NOT the equivalent of the oral B sensitive electric brush heads. After only 3 uses of one of these Genkent brush heads, my gums are sore and bleeding! They hurt! These are falsely advertised and I will be throwing them all away. Waste of money.

These toothbrush heads are absolute rubbish, when I first used these I noticed that pressure from my cheeks causes the brush to completely stop, can't tell if half the reviews are fake or not but when the brush is put under any pressure AT ALL it completely stops moving, I did a pressure test with a finger on these heads to Vs my old one to test if it was the brushes fault but no, the old head kept spinning despite the pressure of my finger.Using these brushes daily unknowing of these issues could potentially cause dental issues since they won't clean your teeth properly.

Not a quality product not like original as expected there are lot of number of brush heads but quality isn't satisfactory

first time useing this head and the Brissels came out in my mouth while useing not even sure if i would try heads for a second brushing i wont buy them again !!

I am using the second piece of the first 4pack and both heads fly off the OralB handle during use. I will not be reordering this item

Poor quality control, weak driver for heads. Using only 1 time each day, two lasted less than 2 weeks, one lasted a month, and one lasted 2 months before heads stopped moving due to drive connection breaking. My Oral-Bs last for more than 6 months with same usage, and I then discarded the Oral Bs because the brushes were getting worn and faded, but the driver still worked. Contacted Genkent and received no reply. Do not waste your money.
