Customer service was great.. fit was fine. It is soft and cozy. But it looked like Cookie Monster and just not the look this granny was going for.

Order a small or XS only. I ordered a womens small and a medium size for my wife/ daughter. The medium actually fits me. For a laugh a I tried it on ; I’m 6’2 175 male. The sizing is way off. I’d return it but its will cost more to ship than its worth. In the donation pile it went.

It definitely is warm inside the house. It is ok. Not phenomenal. I will have to see how it comes out of the wash. The sherp is longer than I anticipated.

Nice and soft! A little thin, but my main disappointment is the color. It is more of a pastel baby blue than what is pictured here. I like this gray, tone down blue much better. The powder blue it came in is too baby-ish.

Looks better in the picture than in real. Fabric very thin.

Looks ok … a lil “fuzzy”

It was extremely soft but was short in length.It did not look good on me so I gave it to a friend who is 3 inches shorter than me and she loved it! The pictures are not accurate because it looks like the jacket goes down your thighs and it doesn't. But I'm glad my friend can enjoy it!

I am pretty sure I ordered the blue jacket,but I received the brown one instead.

It was a little bit of a disappointment, kinda cheaply made and it took forever to get here!
