The media could not be loaded. Very useful doorbell. It emits a clear, pleasant sound, and works from everywhere in my 2-story home. I can move the base anywhere in the house where there's an outlet, It can be especially helpful when I'm out back, in the basement, or in the garage where I might not otherwise know someone's at the front door. Would definitely recommend purchasing.

We have not had a doorbell for four years since we bought our house. The doorbell is exactly what we needed! When the power goes out and then restored, the doorbell will chime. That is not a big deal.

The doorbell works intermittently.

I bought this doorbell and was hoping it was worth a try but I was wrong there was a card with the company email address and it said if you are not completely satisfied with your order they would gladly refund your money.so I was very disappointed in the quality of this doorbell its kind of like the prize from a box of cracker Jack's so I emailed them and they wanted my order # so I sent them that next day had a email from them because I bought it from tanga not Amazon they said they couldn't refund me anything only if I had got it from amazon I can't believe they put a card they said they stand behind their products so what if I bought it from tanga not Amazon its still the same product same company. They don't stand behind their products. Don't waste your money or time.

Great idea using a 12 volt 3 yr battery instead of AA, 2032,... or similar shorter term. Compact size fits nicely on a double gang receptacle outlet. Bad news is that the 55 tone/tunes available will make a 7th grade music instructor & student cringe. Anchoring (selecting) one chosen other than ding or ding dong ( choices #1 and #2) can be problematic. Many of the other choices (my endurance ran out) are lengthy attempts and pretty racketing. I ordered this for side door use into my garage wood shop so I can live with some of the shorter tunes and I know nothing about music. But I do know I won't order another one to replace my home bell. Choices above include Motion Detection. There is no Motion Detection feature that I can find in this device or its literature. Speaking of literature, the User Manual needs to be written by someone with a primary English language or a 9th grade technical journalism background. Probably both.

This thing doesn't work doesn't work right used it for a day quit working I put in new batteries worked one more time then stopped working at all its junk .save your money and buy a better one..

This is a cheap peice of junk doesn't work right and don't want to give you your money back .don't waste your money.
