[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The device itself is brilliantly simple. I had no issues with how it is used at all. The attachments made it even easier to get the product through my hair. I have thick and somewhat coarse hair that tends to swallow up dye, and one cartridge covered my whole head. That generally takes 3 boxes. Overall I am very impressed with this method of hair dying. It allowed me to do my hair with little assistance - i did need help with the back but that's because I didn't have a mirror. I'd definitely recommend this product.
