This dumbbell is simply awesome, you can choose your own weight, feel comfortable, highly recommend.

The dumbell is a wonderful tool to help my body grow. Being a busy man, not able to go to the gym often, this provides a nice way for me to get some excerises in. In addition to that being a nice small size with a decent weight to it I am able to have a larger amount of space in my room. I also really love the grip and lock feature of this dumbell. I can hold it without worrying about the dumbell or the weights itself falling off. Overall this is something that I really enjoy and feel that it is worth the money I spend on it.

The media could not be loaded.  I recently decided to add this to my collection of workout equipment and ended up thoroughly impressed with this weight set! The first thing that I loved was that for a dumbbell, it was very compact and sits nicely in the accompanying holder stand. I haven’t had any experience with an adjustable dumbbell so I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. After using it for my workout the other day it was awesome being able to simply drop it back in the stand and turn the handle to load up more weight. That alone is a great selling feature as it typically takes a while to remove the clamps from a standard dumbbell and add weight. So if you are looking for weights and space is a concern or if you simply want to take advantage of an adjustable dumbbell this is definitely the set you will love! I am definitely happy I added it to my collection! Excellent Set!!! 💪🏻

This is a great set of adjustable dumbbells for home gym. It’s very easy to adjust the weight you want by one hand. The tray makes the dumbbell easy to store. Use it on daily basis to keep my body fit. Great purchase!

The dumbbell bar can be assembled freely. Each piece is marked with the number of kilograms. It can be assembled freely according to your own needs. In the home does not take up space, anti-slip design is very good, transport is very fast, a happy shopping.

The weight is perfect for easier workouts and adjusts down to levels where I can start a land set for forearms and shoulders up through decent biceps and triceps workouts.Not a full set for extensive weight training but perfect for getting started (again and again), maintaining at home, and limited space.Had one time for a weight to drop off the handle but it was more so my mistake I’m not having things lined up properly. You’ll have to play with the weights to get to understand the locking mechanism (button depressed while in the racks to allow the selector to turn/swivel).No complaints.
