Very unhappy. I ordered the medium in the gray & white version, however I recieved an XL size and the gray portion on the back side was stitched unevenly. The jacket also shed highly upon opening the package and had a strange smell to it. Returning this asap.

When I first received this pullover I was very happy with the material! It was super soft and fuzzy! I tried it on and it was way too big. I ordered a large. Then after wearing it only twice I already have a hole in the sleeve where the stitching is. I was planning on ordering this pullover for Christmas gifts, but I will pass on it due to the poor stitching.

Got very disappointed by the sleeves they were almost to my elbows!! Even tho it fit right fine else where

Based on the pictures, I was expecting it to be exceptionally plush and soft, however, it didn’t meet that expectation. I have another “wubby” I purchased at Franchesca’s that’s very plush and warm and this jacket pales in comparison. If you’re looking for a light jacket it is probably fine, however, do NOT go into it expecting a true “wubby”. On the bright side, the sizing is excellent and it runs true to size, which is why I gave it two stars instead of only one.

I so wanted to love this sweatshirt! I got the camo one and it is shorter than I’d like and the sleeves are short too. And I do not have long arms or a long torso. I had to return it because I knew I’d never wear it with a fit like that.

Zipper is stiff and thick. Its a zipper for an outdoor work coat. Super soft material but I wouldn't say cozy with this zipper. Im disappointed.

Well, if you want to look like you’ve gained about 30 lbs instantly, this shirt is for you. It’s bulky, unflattering and not as cute in person. I will say it definitely keeps you warm and is cozy, but the zipper is VERY long, like old school 90’s jeans long, and looks cheap. Great for around the house but that’s it.

Imagine having someone open this as a Christmas present... They try it on, put their hands in the pockets, and pull out used movie ticket stubs from Texas and nasty pieces of popcorn! Seriously, is this what you do when someone returns an item? You don't even check it before you sell it to someone else? It was mortifying to have this happen on Christmas! Because of this, I can't give a better review. That being said, the actual item is soft and warm, we could have just gone without the embarrassment.

The sweater is super warm and soft. The fitting is a bit odd, but it’s okay. Unfortunately I am not too pleased with the adjustment band quality, it snapped in just 3 washes (delicate cycle).
