all the orders are protected well by hat rack and can keep good shape after transportation,good for that No more worry for the shape mash anymore

Purchased this hat and was really looking forward to wearing it. Unfortunately, when it arrived it was crushed and creased so bad it would not straighten out. Creases in crown were crooked, etc. I tried getting it wet and shaping it but to no avail. Tanga made good on a refund, and I'll donate hat with other items. Maybe someone can use.

Such a great value-too bad it comes totally crushed and useless! They ship the hat in an envelope so it arrives crushed. I tried to straighten and reform the hat but there’s no fix for it!

Hat came all bent out of shape jammed into a bag and I’m unable to reshape it. It looks terrible I do not recommend this product. 😡

Very cheaply made and arrived all smashed and wrinkled. Never regained it's shape. Save your money. I'm returning it.

Received hat so badly damaged, top was totally smashed in. It came in a plastic mailer envelope - no protection for the hat. have e-mailed customer service but have not heard from them yet.

The hat was crushed in shipping and I was not able to get it back in to the advertised shape

This looked like a good hat at a good price. Unfortunately somebody thought you should take a nice hat squish it flat and put it in a flat mailer to ship. I tried to make something of it but would up just throwing it away. Horrible waste!!
