Hard to use in tight spaces.

very small, and none of the points seem very well defined. most of them are allen wrench and seem too rounded. returned mine.

It's very nice to see and hold. But, the Allen wrench bits do not have crisp edges and might slip in some applications.

These snowflake multi-tools were a great price, but the finish is not as smooth as I had hoped. I wish they had been polished just a little, and there are rough spots in some areas. I will keep them to give as stocking stuffers, but you might consider paying more to get a better quality product and order a different brand.

It is a useful tool, but too heavy to put on the keychain.

I gave this as a gift and had to research the descriptions of the various tools for the recipient. There was no "map" to identify the parts. It looked like the box had already been opened. Maybe someone kept the enclosure.

Each time that I attempted to use this tool, it was either too short or too wide. It has never served it's purpose and was not worth my time returning. I keep it with all of my other tools in case it comes in handy one day as it's too heavy/bulky to put on my key chain. It was a good idea when I ordered it b/c I was in the middle of working on a project that I was having a hard time completing b/c the tools that I had would not fit in the tight space. I gave it 3 stars b/c it just hasn't worked for me yet, and I've had it for about 5 or 6 months. But that's not to say that it doesn't work.

I purchased the Desuccus brand tool as there are more than one type. My understanding was that Desuccus was printed on the item but not in the version I got. Also the packaging was all dinged up and torn so not something I would give as a Xmas gift as is, so I'll probably just find a new box for it. Overall not impressed but I guess for the cost and all it's still ok.
