Excellent pan! My only complaint is that I wish it came with a matching lid. Otherwise, get it. It’s great. Nonstick.

I really like this skillet! The handle is comfortable for my hand, it cooks food really nice with even heat distribution. It also washes nicely (we only hand wash large pots and pans at our house). We usually use a little olive oil or a little pad of butter with cooking, so for this pan, nothing has stuck to it. Perfect for omelets and in fact I'm sauteeing mushrooms right now in it. Also shopping for the next size up.

I cooked an omelette in this pan & couldn’t have gotten a better result. As with any new cookware I’ve learned to read & follow recommended instructions on the use of their items. It makes the difference between getting a great outcome or a huge fail. I got great browning, the food slid out of the pan & clean up was a non issue.

We got this pan in a set of Cuisinart pans. This was the only nonstick pan, and we use it every day (mostly for eggs, but other stuff too). After 2-2.5 years, it was finally time to replace it and were excited to see it was able to be purchased alone. However, after 2 months of having the pan and using it every day, we are seeing the nonstick portion start to corrode off of the inside of the pan where the handle nubs are. This never happened with the old one. We will continue to use it for foods we want to heat up, but not for any food that will get anywhere near those nubs. Disappointed in the quality of this new pan.

I liked this pan initially, but after a couple dozen uses the nonstick coating stopped working. I do not recommend this pan.
